Payment can be made by bank transfer to our account in USD and VND.
Shipping within Vietnam
All orders over $100 within Vietnam are shipped free. We always endeavor to do same day shipping so your goods should arrive within 3 working days.
International Shipping
Shipping time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Shipping charges are determined by package size, weight and delivery location, and will be provided upon receipt of your order and delivery address. Shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been shipped. In the unlikely event that we can't ship an item for any reason, you will be notified by email and any amount charged will be refunded.
Returns or Exchanges
Please make your selections with care and carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase.
- Chi Chi will gladly offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective merchandise in unwashed and unworn condition. Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
- Chi Chi will exchange sizes if we still have particular size that your request, please contact us for further information. Note that fees associated with the shipping of the exchanged order will have to be charged to you in full
- Claims will only be registered if received in writing to info@chichiworld.com within 5 working days of delivery.
